Simon Silbernagl
Simon has a postgraduate diploma in Law from BPP London, together with a Master’s in Construction Law from King’s College London. He is a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Builders and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Simon’s professional background is working predominantly on major construction projects both locally and internationally. He is currently the Managing Director of a leading Jersey-based property development company.
Simon’s industry expertise combined with his legal background put him in a unique position to assist and advise clients in the construction industry in Jersey and he is able to assist on a range of different construction law matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
